RETURNS 

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact orders@brand-fulfillment.com. We will gladly replace the incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise. We will re-ship your correct order upon receipt of the incorrect item(s).  Please be careful when confirming your shipping address and choosing your products as we are unable to change once you have ordered.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed in 1-3 days and typically arrive in 7 to 15 days in the US, UK, CA and AUS. Delivery times may vary if you're outside of these countries and may differ based on your country's customs processing times. The timeframe provided excludes customs delays. Customers are responsible for all customs costs.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure to enter correct and precise details such as email and shipping address upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that have been held by local post because of incorrect addresses.

CANCELLATION

Orders are processed within the day. Please be careful when confirming your shipping address and choosing your products as we are unable to change or cancel, all orders are final once submitted. Due to the nature of this product we do not offer returns and exchanges at this time.
